membership to COSEP denied

Sheila I couldn't even find the group...can you direct me to it?????

I recently attempted to become a member of the COSEP message group

suggested by someone on this message board and my membership was

denied. I was wondering if someone could tell me why or does this

happen often or what? I don't understand because there was nowhere

to put in information on your children or why you wanted to become a

member.
