legislators on Capitol Hill last week to communicate their views on the

upcoming reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act

(IDEA), and to review the recently-enacted reforms in the No Child Left

Behind Act (NCLB).

On March 21, the Subcommittee on 21st Century Competitiveness of the

Committee on Education and the Workforce in the U.S. House of Representatives

will hold an oversight hearing on the Assistive Technology Act. The hearing

will be chaired by Rep. Buck McKeon (R-CA), Chairman of the Subcommittee.
