Guest guest Posted June 16, 2012 Report Share Posted June 16, 2012 Hi All, It is my first time sprouting any food and I chose Buckwheat groats to make dehydrator crackers. I soaked them overnight (about 8 hours) then put them in a strainer with a lid over it and a dish under (a little bit of air can get in.) On day three (today) there was a little bit of white fuzz on it. Any tips??? Can I still use them or will more fuzz grow and is it mold?
