I don't remember being asked for medical info other than a vaccine report the day before he even entered school. They may have had me fill out a standard medical form but nothing intrusive that would give them rights to medical info without my permission. Good luck! denise > Hello! I did because I thought it might help my daughters get the best help. I don't think it helped, but I do think it didn't hurt.
