I would just leave it as it is unless your son seems to be frustrated or

seems to be getting upset.Mine was always so determined to do everything his

way that he usually took care of these things himself.Several weeks ago

someone posted something that a speech therapist had on her wall about

letting a child who can't talk to communicate for themselves and I don't know

the name of it and I did copy it and can't find it.( Maybe someone can help

me).Anyway it is so true. Let him do it first and then intervene if you fell

it is necassary.I don't mean to sound mean or anything that is just my
