Parents with typical kiddos dont know how lucky they are when it comes to

their everyday squishy time! Im sure you took advantage of it every

second you could:)

When Liv would get her short cast breaks we would just lay in bed cuddling

all day! She wore casts for so long....I actually let her sleep with me

til she was about 8/9 yrs old. She had been through so much medically and

we both missed the skin on skin affection all those years...So, when my

darling would ask " Can I sleep with you mommy " ? I would say heck ya! She

obviously needed the extra affection and so did I. Only ignorant family

members would judge saying how unhealthy it was for me to allow an older

kid to sleep with me, but what the heck did they know?! They got to hug

their children everyday....I didnt. By the time was she about 9.5 yrs old

she wanted to sleep in her own bed. ~And, now I cant even get her to sit

by me...ha! Fun with teenagers.
