Guest guest
Way to go LaRhonda!! Getting up early feels soooo good, doesn't it?! Don't feel bad about not completing the floorwork. I don't think there is many people who can! I always need short breaks. Darcy who did AL5 this morning and touched those toes w/out any problems > Thank you Jenni, > I am so excited today I am about to burst. I actually got up at > 7:00am and did the advanced tape. Guest guest
<< Hi guys! I just joined this group yesterday so everything is new to me here. I'm on a weight loss programme and it took me a long time to decide what to do for working out. On the end my decision was tae-bo. I hope I did the right thing >> Welcome ! You have definitely done the right thing by ordering the Tae Bo tapes. When I started Tae Bo nearly two years ago, I was 50 pounds overweight, had no muscle tone and couldn't walk across the yard without being out of breath. I have lost the extra 50 pounds and am in better shape than when I was in high school, playing team sports (I'm 32 now). I never thought I'd ever be fit and in shape, much less this thin. Tae Bo has been my life saver! Stick with it, listen to your body and I think you'll love it!! This is a great group of people and anytime you need your spirits lifted or a swift kick in the rear <g>, post here and you'll get more encouragement than you ever imagined possible!! Guest guest
Hi ! Welcome to the list. My suggestion to you about Tae Bo is to not be frustrated if you can't get all the moves down the first time you try. I've been doing it for almost three years, and still learn something new almost every time I workout. Practice, practice, practice. My favorite person to watch on the videos is , because she is so thin, its easy for me to see exactly how she is executing the moves. LOL. But I know you will love Tae Bo. Just keep doing it, and one of these days hopefully you'll come out to the LA or DC training centers and we can work out with you in person!
