Where to find ceramic replacement flip top lids?

Does anybody know of a source to find the ceramic flip top lids to

replace the plastic ones that are on the cobalt blue flip top bottles?

I can't even find any bottles that HAVE the ceramic top anymore. The

brown Grolsch ones that I bought at a garage sale have the ceramic tops,

but the green Grolsch ones I bought at the same garage sale have plastic

lids. If you know of a source, please let me know. Also, have looked

high and low to find a bottle brush that is small enough to fit into the

opening of the flip top bottles to clean them when the yeasty brown

" squigglies " get dried on inside. Does anyone know where I can find a

small bottle brush? Jeani
