Guest guest Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 Hi there I actually have 2 questions 1. what temp is best when brewing after letting the tea brew do I have to wait till the tea is all the way to room temp or can I place sooner? 2. When you have a large scoby say 1 inch thick how long should a brew take to get the sweeter tea but still be effective heath wise? 3. Can you store the tea in a juice pitcher in the fride that is plastic? Or do I need to have a glass container? I am obviously new and am excited about my tea.
