1st batch done .... and PERFECT!!

I'm sterilizing my Grolsch bottles right now!!

It's sooo yummy and even my mother who thought that the whole concept

was gross and disgusting LOVES it.

She swore that she wouldn't even try it!

I already have a batch of Green tea started. I started it about 36

hours ago and already has a really nice and PRETTY scoby starting.

I used a little more sugar in the 2nd batch ... do you think that's

why the scoby has started sooner (and nicer)

1st batch I used roughly a cup of organic cane sugar. It's all I had.

2nd batch I used 1 1/2 cup of plain white sugar.

I'm STOKED!!!
