Guest guest Posted August 24, 2008 Report Share Posted August 24, 2008 Most ferments contain an analgesic, an anti-arthritic compound, an anti-spasmodic compound, hematinic and counteractions for hepatotoxins, some anti-fungal, and several anti-microbial/anti-bacterial compounds. They also contain enzyme inhibitors of glucuronidase, heparinase, hyaluronidase, and monoamine oxidase.
