Guest guest
>I have hear many times that injecting Methotrexate decreases the side effects markedly and also improves the utilization of the Methotrexate. Good luck and God bless. I agree completely. I was having problems with oral MTX and they moved me to injectable at a higher dose and it is fine. However, if I don't inject the medication slowly, I get nauseous immediately. As long as I take my time, I am fine with it now. Guest guest
Welcome, ! We have 2-3 nurses and a doc, but I don't think we have an EMT. Most of us are " Expert Patients, " meaning we've been managing our severe asthma/severe allergic sinus disease for years, but we all seem to learn a little more with each person who joins the group. Guest guest
, Welcome, welcome, welcome! You have found the right place for information, support and friendship with people who are going through the same things you are. I have been on xolair since 2003 and was the first person in Arkansas to get this new medicine. I started this group then because there was no support group on the web for Xolair. I used to be on every asthma medicine under then sun and 40 mg of pred a day. I had many serious side effects from years of Pred and steroids. Now? I neb once or twice a day or less and NO MORE PREDNISONE or Evil Candy (as we call it here) Remember, this is a moderated group so your postings will not appear immediately. One of our moderators will approve your post. No need to post twice GREAT TO HAVE YOU WITH US! ))) Doug Group founder
