Guest guest Posted September 24, 2008 Report Share Posted September 24, 2008 Hi, We were treated to a drink of Kombucha a few months ago, and were delighted to learn that something with such great reputation also tasted so good. Now we are set up and running, just took off our second batch, but are finding, even a at 14 days, that the end result, while ok, is a little more watery and sweeter than we remember sampling, with no fizz whatsoever. Our new scobys are only about a 1/4 inch thick. We were expecting them to be thicker, based on the size of the one we received. What adjustments would you recommend?
