Guest guest Posted October 1, 2008 Report Share Posted October 1, 2008 I am making Kombucha to the following formula: 3/4 gallon water, 5ozs organic light, but not quite white, sugar, 3 organic green tea bags. I love the taste, bit like champagne - hehe but the scobies tend to be very thin and weedy - any comments from the experts here that would explain this.
