Thank You Bev! I browsed her books and site before,a great source, this was a

first for me to attempt to use the poke in a ferment,it was Gails

brainchild..and i love it, finally i found it locally. It is good to know you

are there in guidance of us. I am onto the Moranga /The Miracle Tree/ Add it as

nutrition, to KT before drinking, like a meal in a glass.. Moronga seems to be

on top of the list, as nutrition gram per gram, and the least expensive too.

Being so green i am sure real alkaline. i hope to grow it,and maybe can add it

to green and black tea in ferment? / I have powdered dried leaves/ Makes life

easier on the go. Peace.. Jahjet
