Whats the best way to produce a caffeine-free Kombucha?

I've been brewing Kombucha for years,and some friends have asked to try

brewing some, but they 'don't do' caffeine. Is it possible to make

Kombucha without using Camelia tea? I don't think it works with

Rooibosch,or other herbal teas does it? De-caffeinated tea is a no-no,

as these purists don't agree with the de-caffeinating process. Am I

right in believing that white tea is the lowest in caffeine levels?
