That's funny you say that about labels. I have perfected my technique for

removing the GT's labels as I prefer them plain. I love using the GT's

bottles but I hate how shabby the labels get when I run them through the

dishwasher.

I have also been bottling in the small glass Coca Cola bottles (12oz.??)with

the twist off lids as well as the small barrel shaped glass Pepsi (10oz.

??) bottles, also with twist off lids. These are perfect to take to work

and for my kids AND they really get fizzy. Some get so fizzy that my son

(11yo) and I have to stand over the sink and slowly twist the lids and slurp

the foam as it squirts out from under the lid. I have had some of my peach

earl gray fizz so much that we can't completely remove the lid until half

the bottle is gone! My son thinks this is absolutely hilarious and tasty.

I second ferment in EZ Cap swing top bottles and GT's bottles. The

GT's are my favorite. I don't know what it is, but it just feels

better when you are drinking it to pop open that bottle with the

pretty label on it. And they are very refrigerator friendly.
