Guest guest Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 Hi! Last week I wrote about receiving a very tiny scoby in the mail. There is a thin skin forming on the top of the tea and I will probably let it sit until it is a nice healthy size. The other scoby, from a woman at the health food store, is wonderful. It sat at the top of the brew and within the week created a nice, new, joined at the hip, scoby. When I sampled some of the tea it was perfect ( at least to me with some fizz as a bonus. I have bottled some to see if I can get more fizz and will let it sit for a few days before refrigerating.
