Virtually nil, Pepper.

Those who purport to know say about as much as you'd find in a fruit

juice drink.

you can purchase a hydrometer at any store that sells beer/wine brewing

supplies, i think they start at under $10. you have to take a reading of your

liquid before fermentation, and then compare that to the reading after

fermenting to get your alcohol percentage

oh good, thanks for the info.

Is this true even with a secondary ferment?

most commercial KT is said to have about 1/2 of 1 percent alcohol (compare this

to a dose of nyquil at 10% alcohol - lol) but i think secondary fermenting may

give you a higer percentage. when i start my next batch, i will get my

hydrometer out and check.

Less sure of that I'm afraid, but don't reckon it'll be all that high

because if most of the sugar has been " swiped " by the little beasties to

make the good stuff with little, if any, alcohol then there won't be an

awful lot of sugar there for the (optional) second ferment, the main

purpose of which seems to be carbonation to achieve fizz. If fizz is a

secondary importance and you are truly worried don't bother and just

drink it " flat " until one of the " True Gurus " corrects my guesswork
