A question and a compliment

Question:

I just " set up " a brew, and realized that there really is no place in my

entire house that is consistently warm enough to maintain the optimum

temperature, so I will need to buy a " warming mat " (or whatever it's called,

the heating-pad thing). Can someone recommend a good company or website to

contact?

Compliment:

With all the postings lately about small/weak/nonexistant/overpriced

scobies, I would like to mention that I just got 2 VERY nice scobies (4 "

across, nearly an inch thick and just BEAUTIFUL) for $15 (including

postage!). I well understand (and agree with!) the policy of people not

being able to advertise/hawk their goods here, but if someone is interested

in a sincere recommendation of someone who has proven commendable, I'd be

happy to give one!
