Guest guest
Hello john, OK, was hoping that was what you meant. Nothing special, just leave your brew go longer. Once it gets past your preferred drinking range its only a matter of time until it becomes vinegar and the vinegar is very effective for the candida- topical applications worked best for me. If the vinegar is too strong dilute it with water first. Get creative but get the KT where your problem lies. O and BTW we call it a SCOBY which is the anagram for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast. Once upon a time we called it a mushroom ( which it isn't) neither is it a true fungi- but Scoby doesn't leave any room for doubt LOL.
