Guest guest
About the palatablity, kombucha is very mild flavored. I don't care for plain tea, but found kombucha fairly tasty, even at first taste. Not sour like kefir. I brew mine a little sweet. I just recently was able to find a bottle of the Dave's GT which many on this group talk about, and if I had tasted it first, I might never have tried to do my own. My daughter who needs it most because of food allergies, can't stand it at all, but likes the kefir. Go figure. >.... > I have never tried it, and do not know if it is unpalatable to a > beginner... > ingrid >
