I was hoping you guys could give me some info on the amount of alcohol

in kombucha. I have been brewing for about a year and I am giving it to

my young children. I really haven't given it a thought until I read

about water kerif grains and then thought that it was similar to

kombucha. Also is there anyway to tell for sure how much alcohol is in

any ferment?
