My current batch is like that right now as my kitchen is being remodeled and I haven't wanted to mess around with it while there is so much chaos going on in the room!? Will have to tonight though as my continuous brew container is getting as low as I ever let it get! Whoops... vinegar! I'd like to know if I can still use this super-vinegary KT as starter, and what I can do with the rest of it - would it work as scoby hotel liquid?
