Hi,

Thank you group for the good information. I am wanting to get back to

brewing after a 3 year break. I do not have a scoby anymore and am

looking for someone locally that might have one I could pick up or

someone willing to ship me one for the cost.

Also, I eat mainly organic food and would want to use organic tea for

the brew. Does the baterial process make it a mute point on whether or

not the new scoby is organic??
