Update on my Tea - From a Newbie

Hey Ya'll...

I'm happy to report my first TEA turned out Fantastic - and my

friend that I gave my other scoby to - that made her KT with the

Earl Grey - it is WONDERFUL - I tasted it - and it is BETTER than

Mine !

I will be making my next batch with Black or Green and Earl Grey -

it has such a Real Unique taste... I have my Scoby Hotel started now

too - and am anxious to watch it grow ! smile...

I have 3 wine bottles full of my KT - doing the 2nd ferment - I put

them in the bathtub - since I've read so much on BLOW OUTS ! LOL

At least the mess would be in the tub and on Tile- and not in my

Kitchen!

I Found some interesting Teas - Jasmine - Adaigo Tea - have any of

ya'll ever used those teas - or any type of Jasmin ?
