Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 I'd been too busy/flaky lately to check on my KT brew recently, and when I tasted it last night (after it had been brewing for about two weeks) it was so vinegary it sent me into a coughing fit. I'd like to know if I can still use this super-vinegary KT as starter, and what I can do with the rest of it - would it work as scoby hotel liquid?
