Ok so I am at 12 days with 2quart jars smells vinegary but not too

much. I think I let it go too long,what do you think/know?

Do I put the drink in the fridge while drinking an ounce a day?

I will probably only make one quart at a time from now one till more

accustomed to it.

What do I do with the other scobies (4Now) till I am ready to make

more.
