Hi, I have been brewing for about 3 months. I had stored some K in the

fridge for about 2 weeks. It was strained and was tightly capped and

cold. When I went to transfer it into tea bottles, there was a big scoby

(clear) in it the size of the jar. Would this be usable to start more?

That K was also the best that I have made. I drank 16 oz. straight

down. It was sooooo good.

/OH

Yes, , after acclimatising it back to room temperature in some KT

this should make good starter.

Hahah, I hope there is some left for starting your new batch ;-)

I know how it is, when you hit a really yummy batch! There is no holding

back ;-))

A good way to toast the New Year!

Happy times,
