AD/HD KIDS COULD LOSE SPECIAL ED BENEFITS

Children who have AD/HD and/or other learning

disabilities may be in jeopardy of losing special

education benefits under the Individuals with

Disabilities in Education Act. IDEA requires schools

to provide a free and appropriate education to

learning disabled students, or to pay for private

school in cases where students? needs could not be

fully addressed.
