Start by calling your Social Security Office and also The Department of

Family and Children Services. Terms and laws vary from state to state so I'm

not sure what would be available in Ohio. In Georgia I have applied for a

" Deeming Waiver " since we were not eligible for Disability through Social

Security.

Hi,

Call someone that would know, like health and human

services in your state. Ask them about the medicade! I

do not know how it works in your state but if you tell

them you want to apply under the " katie Beckett " they

will know what you mean. Basically here in New

Hampshire if you go through the Beckett waiver

they go by the childs disability. I was just talking

to an OT that has her own senory intergration therapy

center where I am going to send my son, she said

millionares who bring their child there get it. I hope
