Guest guest
Hi Missy, A developmental pediatrician examines the development of your child, does non invasive testing to see how his development is. For example she had certain toys to see how Jack played with them, did puzzles to see how long it took him and too see if he could do it. She did stuff like measure his head, checked his mobility, physical exam and mental scale, mental scale like having Jack do a puzzle to see how long it would take him if he could do it etc. It is much more involved that a regular Pediatrician. She looks for cognitive issues, fine motor, gross motor, she even noticed with our son that he may have some auditory processing issues. I hope I explained this to you the right way. The pro-efa I pay like (15% off $19.95) a month for 1 bottle. I get a 15% discount because I have them send it automatically to me and pay no shipping charge. But you have to call them, which is a good Idea since if you have any questions about it the people can answer you. Good luck, Eileen > Hi Eileen, > > What is the difference between a pediatrician and a > developmental > pediatrician?
