If you are not against plastic I have discovered the drink called

vitamin water uses containers that really hold the carbonation in. I

have used them for fermenting thick fruit drink with s. boulardii and

let me tell you it really grew and never exploded. I know kt would not

carbonate that much so I will be using them.The vitamin water is not a

carbonated drink itself.
