Mark your calendars and join us at the University of Richmond Law School for

A Call to Action - An advocacy conference to develop strategies for improving

the education of Virginias students with disabilities .

The morning session will have several topics, including a report from Cherie

Takemoto, parent member on the Presidents Commission on Excellence in

Special Education.

There will be three breakout sessions in the afternoon.

Preparing for Due Process and Complaints

Impacting Local Policies and Procedures

Curriculum Access for Students with Cognitive Disabilities
