Guest guest
Actually, immigrants are required to pass strict immunization requirements imposed by the INS before they even set foot in the U.S., and it is next to impossible to get exemptions (unlike some state requirements, which can be avoided with a note from the right doctor). There is no such requirement for American adults, or kids not attending public schools, or kids who are able to get exemptions from sympathetic doctors or for religious reasons. So a community of immigrant children and their families are likely to be better immunized than a similar community of non-immigrant Americans. ============================================================================ This message contains information which may be confidential and privileged.
