Thanks for your post. As I understand the auditory processing therapy it is

not just for kids who need to be desensitized, right? For instance, my 4 year

old daughter who does have a great private ot, does not need to be

desensitized. She has no aversions or sensitivities to sound, touch, taste,

etc. She is a sensory seeker who loves to feel and play with things of

different textures and loves ot type play and has sensory dysfunction. Can

you give me examples of what the therapy is like and have you seen it help

kids with language issues and processing issues in that they don't always

understand what they hear? thanks again, Carolyn
