Guest guest
Hi , Here is a website that helped me find a wonderful Speech Therapist here in Sayreville,New Jersey. Go to: Http://www.njsha.org Click on Ocean County and this will give you names and numbers of SLP'S in your County. I have seen about eight listing for Ocean County. Call everyone of them and be sure to ask alot of questions. My Therapist does come to my home and I'm sure most of them also do private sessions. Good Luck! Guest guest
Michele, Thanks for the info. I have gotten the list and started to make some inquires. Besides confirming that they do work with young children, are licensed, and know what apraxia is -- What kinds of questions should I be asking??? I hate to learn by trial and error when it involves my son. I'm sure some of you more experienced with interviewing SLP's can give me some ideas.
