ProEFA: one vs. two capsules

I have a few questions for those giving their kids two capsules of ProEFA daily:

1) Did you start with one at first?

2) If so when and why did you choose to add another?

3) What differences (good and/or bad) did you see with the increased dosage?

4) Do you give both capsules at the same time, or one capsule twice daily?

Thanks for your time - I am contemplating going to two capsules for my

daughter, but I just wanted to see what effects I should expect.
