PEATC (The Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center) is sponsoring an IEP

Clinic on Saturday, May 18th with Attorney L. Conover from DRVD

(Department for Rights of Virginian's with Disabilities). He will discuss

Eligibility, IEP and Placement-When, How & Where of special education

services.

Mr. Conover is the lead attorney on a current Due Process complaint filed

against a LEA (local education agency) and will provide updates on the

status of the case.

services, the current Due Process case and in general the complaint process,
