Guest guest
Every time I make ozonated water with the Plasmafire generator I have, the water tastes and smells like dirty silicone (the tubing is new).....its possible that I am ozonating it for too long a period of time.....how long to do a quart at what flow rate?.....also when I put the ceramic tip (I think its ceramic) back in water after it has been used to ozonate a quart, there is a very fine particulate that rinses off the ceramic and then floats in a very fine film on top of the water that the tip has been dunked into.....What is this material? help.....thanks, jaen Jaen Treesinger Bengals from the RainForest ........amazingly smart, incredibly fast and just gorgeous! Guest guest
Dear Jaen, That is the first time I have ever heard either of those things reported. I will send you new tubing and a new ceramic bubbler. Best of Health! Guest guest
Jaen, I have a Plasmafire O3 generator also. I have not seen this problem while making ozonated water. I use a Delta oxygen concentrator with the flow rate set at .2 However, I am using freshly purchased high quality distilled water. Previously, I had determined which brand of distilled water in my market area was the best. I discovered that the quality of the distilled water varies greatly in my market area from brand to brand. Also, I have noticed that the longer the distilled water is stored in the original plastic container the more the quality deteriorates, as determined by a conductivity meter. ================= Re: ozonated water question > Every time I make ozonated water with the Plasmafire generator I have, the > water tastes and smells like dirty silicone (the tubing is new

Guest guest
I have had 2 different Plasmafire generators for about 2 years, and I have never experienced that, and my mother's nose is so acute, she can detect an odor over the phone. ;-) If it was me, I'd write Saul Pressman privately and ask him about it. He's the Plasmafire man. jim alltogethernow@... wrote: > > My Plasmafire o3 gen. is 1 month old. I don't have that problem. > -- Light travels faster than sound.
