Hi ,

Thanks for responding.

Wanted to ask what you put in your stews & soups? Do you use

potatoes & beef for a beef stew or is it mostly vegtables?

The cookbook sounds interesting; I'll have to look into it. I have

so many cookbooks already that I only use a recipe here and there,

but the nutrition value sound interesting to me.

Thanks for the Source Natural source. I checked into it and it's

quite a bit cheaper than Pro Health. I have a spray bottle like you

mentioned but it didn't work. After reading you instructions, I

noticed I didn't let it dissolve thoroughly for 1/2 day. All I did

was ground, add water, and then wait until I thought it was dissolved.

I have another question for you. How do you know when and if you

need a dose or do you just take it daily just incase? The link you

sent the first time stated as your gut heals, the need for B12

decreases and you won't need the higher doses. Just curious as to

how one knows when that is.

Last but not least. :) When starting on the gluten free diet how

long does it take to notice an improvement in ones' health? I

thought it took like a year or so to heal the gut, but was wondering

if it actually takes that long to start feeling better.

TIA,

Gail
