Guest guest
, I have all of Dr. Schultz's DVDs. Just WAIT until you get to the one where he has this girl in the bathtub soaking in hot pepper (and I don't remember what else) and she is wailing in pain!! You havn't seen anything until you get to that one LOL. Steph
Guest guest
Um, I didn't get at all that she's wailing in pain. He said in the book that it is a very emotional thing to go through as it releases lots of pent up emotions. The body is (usually) sick (not her, as she's just demoing how to do it, but still, she's young), it has been given an enema to cleanse the inside, then put into a tub with ginger, mustard and cayenne pepper to help raise the body temp, and while sitting in this warm bath the person is also given hot tea of the same mix to drink. This is the point that the crying usually starts and he says the person wants out because it is hot and because of the emotional issues coming up. He says to try and get them to stay in the tub as long as possible, but when they really do get out, then they are wrapped in the ice sheet. This is a very old method, not something Schulze made up. Lots to be learned from old herbalists--and some new ones. :-) Samala, -------Original Message------- , I have all of Dr. Schultz's DVDs.
