Sinus infection 3 days after IVIG

We just had our 2nd infusion 3 days ago and oddly enough dd is showing signs

of a raging sinus infection today. We had the same thing happen 3 days after

the last infusion as well. We did a round of Biaxin last time and it killed

it off so I will be refilling it tomorrow but any idea why we would get a

sinus infection 3 days after IVIG 2 months in a row?
