Flour contamination

, what do you mean when you say " not contaminated with wheat "

concerning rice and oatmeal? How can they put wheat in rice and

oatmeal? Or do you just mean that it is processed (flour) in the same

machines as they do the rice and oatmeal?

Myself being one of the most allergy sensitive people I know and gluten

intollerant, I don't see HOW the tiny amount of wheat that would

contaminate another product through processing in the same device, could

possibly bother someone. Can anyone explain that to me?
