If you are looking for one or two things, magic ingredients, that will

build the immune system, you will be disappointed and are looking for the

needle in the haystack.

It is not that simple, never has been and never will be.

Of course both, aloe and ozone, can help, but give them some

assistance from hundreds of other things.

Many great scientists and doctors state that No such thing exists as

Autoimmune diseases.

I tend to believe that.

The body is very intelligent until, a large percent of the body chemistry

goes down the drain, the intercellular communication is shot, impaired,

and fails, and the overall body control system blows a fuse.

When that all happens, ........ you can hope for an immune system the rest

of your life, ....... but you will never have one.

I have worked for 50 years building and maintaining my immune system.

As I have stated, I like for wasps, honey bees, and bumble bees to sting me

to test the immune system. I do not even kill them, watch them sting, and

say, " Thanks " . Fire ants and spiders do a good job also.

Do you know a better way ? Of course bacteria and virus will do it I guess.

Someone should sell a test kit, for testing the immune system.

I guess this American Civilization, tests it every day.
