Every time I get up to a reasonable duration (5-10 minutes) my ears passages swell up almost entirely, for up to a week. The swelling is very painful and the drainage of fluid is non stop. Worse of all my hearing becomes greatly reduced. Also for the first time in my life I have developed mild tinnitus. This makes it impossible for me to continue as I am working musician. I have tried taking protease but it doesn't seem to help much. I can tolerate large ammounts of rectal insufflation without a problem. Also I have been doing ozone saunas without to much problem. I have read that some people have the ear swelling for a year or more with daily ear insufflation. This is not possible in my line of work. I am wondering how long it has taken most everyone to get over this stage, and any tips that may help my ears handle it. thanks for any insights! --------------------------------- No Cost - Get a month of Blockbuster Total Access now. Guest guest
Ok so not do ear insufflation at 1/2 l/m... you will blow your ears out... do it at 1/32. Maybe go as high as 1/16 but no higher... Sherri-Lee (again) Re: Ozone ear insufflation drainage I hade tried flow rates of 1/2 lpm (12 gamma) all the way up to 1/32lpm (50 gamma). I know I need to blow through it to get over the detox, but how long can it last if I treat it aggressively (3x day full strength). Best! Guest guest
Dear , Stay at 3 minutes a day and you will probably be under the threshold of swelling. Best of Health! Dr. Saul Pressman Ozone ear insufflation drainage Hi group, I have been trying to do ear insufflation with my Plasmafire Beta for several months. Guest guest
Sherri-Lee and Saul, Thanks for the advice! I admit that perhaps I exaggerated the 1/2 lpm... the point being I've tried several flow rates up to maximum I can tolerate. I will stick to the 1/32 for a couple minutes and hopefully make some headway. I can't wait for the day I can do 15 minutes without any swelling or drainage. best!
