Dear Dr. Pressman,

How to breath the oxygen direclty? Do I just let the tube run in the air when

the oxgyen tank is on and the oxgyen regulator is open, or do I need some

special tubes to connect between my nose and the oxygen regulator? What setting

should I set on the oxygen tank? 1/32, etc? How long shoud I run it for?

After running it, probably it is safer to open all windows and not to turn on

the gas heat for a while, may be an hour??? (I have the type of gas heat which

is inside a closet and the heat generated passes through an approx. 4 " X 9 "

ventilation openings in each rooms; bedroom, bathroom and living room.).

Also, I heard that I am supposed to wet my ears before each ear insufflation

to einsure ozone being absorbed. How should I wet my ears? Which parts of the

ears should I wet: outer canal, inner canal, etc.??

Regarding vaginal insufflation, I just want to make sure that I am supposed to

insert the catheter into the vagina, not the uthera. Right? Also, how to clean

the catheters??

Sorry for all these questions. I am just a rookie in crisis. Thanks a lot.

Dear ,

Use nasal cannula or an oxygen mask.

They are available online.

Set flow rate at 2 liters per minute.

Run it for 20 - 30 minutes.

Don't worry about the flammability issue. It is negligible.

Do not wet your ears. It is not necessary. Use an ear adapter that fits the

ear canal and that removes the need to wet your ears.

Insert the catheter in the vagina for vaginal insufflation.

Store the catheter in a small bottle of hydrogen peroxide between uses. Make

sure you wash it out thoroughly before re-use, because peroxide stings.

Happy New Year!!

(1) Where can I get the ear adapter? What is it made of? So far, I have been

using some sort of adapter (not sure if it is for ears) from Longevity. But the

adapter is made from hard plastic and it is very uncomfortable when it touches

the outer part of my ear canal?

(2) A friends of mine got stethoscope from Promo life and use that for doing

the ear insufflations. Do you recommend that? Or is the ear adapter adequate?

The website also recommends getting a humidifier to humidify ozone to prevent

dryness. I notice that my ears are quite dry during ozone insufflations. Do

you recommend getting he humidfier as well??

(3) Also, regarding ear insufflatons, I try to use setting 5 with 1/32 flow

rate which makes the ozone concentraton to be 83 for 15 minutes each ear 3x a

day as you suggested. However, yesterday I felt some pain and irritation on the

skin of my my outer ear, the beginning part of the ear canal during doing only

first 15 minutes for each ear (I didn't feel any pain or irritaion prior to

yesterday because I didn't do it correctly until yesterday as I screwed up with

the tubings.). Well, should I reduce the ozone concentration right now and

eventually ease into the setting 5 with 1/32 flow rate? How? Any other

suggestoins? I don't believe there is a hole in my eardrum but I am unsure??

(4) Regardiing using the hydrogen peroxide to store the catheters? What % of

hyrogren peoxide? Regarding cleaning/washing the catheters, how and with what

should I clean them as there are vaginal fluids went inside the catheters after

each use (the catheters I have are the utheral ones with a very thin (approx 1-2

centimeters in diameter) and approx. 6-8 inches long tubing. Please advise.

1) I sell ear adapters. They are a hard plastic. Nothing else will work.

2) Stethoscopes are trouble. They put pressure on the ear canal. You have to

do it twice as log, since each ear gets only half.

They cut off all outside sound. You can fall asleep with them in place and

end up blistering your ear drum.

Do not humidify. The water will take half the ozone. The dryness is not

'water' dryness, it is 'oil' dryness. If you have dry skin, the last thing

you would do is put water on it, because that just makes it drier.

You could apply olive oil to the ear, but taking flax oil internally is

better.

3) Too bad you didn't read my follow up email. Set the generator at 1, not

5.

4) 3% hydrogen peroxide.

Wash the catheter out thoroughly with water.

Saul - I bought a y-adapter from you, cut two smaller pieces of tubing

(so, no stethoscope = no pressure on the ear canal), and upped the

setting from 1/32 to 1/16 (so, twice the volume = not having to double

the time) and did both ears at the same time... it worked very well,

except that I had to hold the two tubes to my ears - but I guess that

may be a good thing, because I never had a problem falling asleep...

How much does the ear adapters cost? what about shipping cost?

Sorry, I never got your follow-up e-mail about the concentrations for ear

insufflatons. Well, let me make sure I got it right:

(1) For ear insufflations, do it at ozone concentration 36 with generator set

at 1 and regulator set at 1/32 for 15 minutes 3X a day. Right??? Am I

supposed to increase the concentrataions later as I progress ??

(2) For vaginal insufflatons, i did it correctly for 2 days already at ozone

concentration of 83 with generator setting at 5 and regulator setting at 1/32

for 30 minutes 1X a day. So far, I did not have any irritatin or discomfort and

it is probably because of my vaginal fluids keep things moist. Is the ozone

concentration of 83 still correct for this?

1) Stay at that setting for a while...say 2 months.

2) Set it at 1 as well.
