Wouldn't just buying sublingual liquid B12 bypass the need to dissolve the

tablets?

Samala,

You must have different binders or different water than I have. Mine

just sank to the bottom and it was easy to pour off the red liquid. I

just watched another Schulze video last night and he said only

to use distilled water because it has greater solvent power. I just

used my well water and it seemed ok for this use.

, The tablets I have ARE sublingual, and yes, they do work.

Wanted to see if inhaling would get to the brain better for better

mental clarity. I've only done it 2-3 times so it's too soon to tell.

The shots work the best as far as energy for me, but the shots I have

are cyanocobalim. The tablets are methylcobalamin which is what is

in the brain. A healthy liver is suppose to be able to turn

cyanocobalam into methylcobalamin or so I've heard, but my liver is

questionable. lol

I'm feeling quite the smarty pants so thought I'd dissolve the methyl

in a shot glass and drink. Then I could say I had a 'shot' of

methylcobalamin b12. Well for right now I'm either snorting or

inhaling. <chuckle>

Just tired of the shots so am experimenting.

Yes, I know you said before that the tablets were sublingual. But I was

just thinking that instead of having to dissolve tablets, couldn't you just

buy the liquid b vitamins? I wouldn't think that would not have any fillers

to have to filter out.

Yes, according to the link sent about autism, but a bottle is

$40 while the pill is much cheaper. Also, I'm not for sure but you

might even need a Rx. Not sure on that, tho. gail

Good idea! I will try that. And, ofcourse, the binders would not be

able to get through the eye of the needle!

Folks, have to report the methyl is wroking better for my brain.

Really it is. Who would have thought just a simple change in a

supplement would work so well! Live and learn; go for the methyl. gail

Oh, sorry--I didn't know you were talking about a special type of liquid B.

There's lots of very cheap liquid b12 and liquid b combo in the health food

store. I didn't know it had to be from a certain company.

Hi Rennee,

I double checked on the link sent and you do need a

prescription for the liquid methyl B. They did give a link for

doctors in the States, but the link didn't open for me. At any rate,

's suggestion of making your own spray with the dissolved pills

seems like a nice alternative if you can't find a doctor to do it.

The cost is $40 and last anywhere from 45-90 days depending on the

dose. I'm like making my own more and more. :)
