Now that we have so much feedback we have to sort it by state. It's

time to make sure we as parents can stop the rampant out of control

abuse of IDEA and the rights we have as parents. We have been

promised funding. This proposed ACT has been moving swiftly and we

need to have this forwarded to as many people as possible. Please

look at it and forward it to all those you know that are affected by

A.S.D.'s. We need change, we need reform, and we need it now.
