Where is the Subjective Assessment?

Hi Pete and others,I went to the brain-trainer.com site to download the excel file for the Subjective Assessment and couldn't find it.  Has it been removed? I use it pre and post NFB training and find it quite useful.  I use it to compare to the initial TLC EEG assessment, and to gauge changes over the training period. Even if EEG amplitudes don't change substantially over training, the subjective Ax. is nice way to show people what has changed.
